Western Canada Fire & First Aid (WCFF) has been facilitating Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) compliant safety training programs since 1996 and has two locations in Edmonton.  Training can also be provided onsite at clients locations throughout Canada.

NEWS:
Oil Sands Site specific information will no longer be included in the Fall Protection, Elevated Work Platforms and Confined Space courses.  As of October 31, 2019 the OSSA Fall  Protection Course will no longer be offered.

If becoming a trainer to teach the above courses is of interest to you, our sister company, Saga Universal Training Corp. offers training to those who are subject matter experts in the topics they’re interested in teaching. Oil Sands Site specific information is now offered as a separate course called the  Common Safety Orientation (CSO).

We offer the following instructor led safety training courses: Ammonia Awareness, Confined Space Entry, Detection & Control of Hazardous Materials, Fall Protection, Fall Protection Basic Rescue, Fire Safety & Fire Extinguisher Use, Ground Disturbance Level II, H2S Alive, Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG), Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS). First Aid & CPR; Standard & Emergency First Aid with Level C CPR & AED, Basic Life Support (BLS), Powered Mobile Equipment; Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Excavator, Grader, Lift Truck aka Forklift, Variable Reach Lift Truck aka Zoom Boom or Telehandler and Wheel Loader. Oil Sands Safety Association (OSSA) specific; OSSA Confined Space, OSSA Elevated Work Platform and OSSA Fall Protection
